HELP ! Shipment creation has been temporarily deactivated

Does anyone know how to solve this issue below ?

My shipment abilities are suspended since 2 months. I keep opening cases and calling them and they keep telling me internal team is working on it

We have shipped 2 overweight boxes - limit is supposed to be 50lbs and we shipped 52lbs.

I acknowledged the problems and im still facing with this problem since 2 months now

s, I'm not able to create listings or replenish stock, this message appears Shipment creation has been temporarily deactivated, has anyone experienced this?

Dominic from Amazon here, I have not seen this before. Are you not able to create any shipments entirely? If you delete this workflow and try again are you still getting an error message? If so can you please provide me with the case ID?
