Can someone explain to me why we cant send letters through click and drop BPL?

Because Amazon said not to?

You will have to buy letters direct from Amazon now, or as littleshop says upgrade them to large letters or signed for.

All postage must now either have a tracking/delivery confirmation number, or be bought direct from Amazon

Because new policy means you have to use buy shipping as letters don’t have tracking
Unless you are sending them signed for
