@Julia_Amazon Hi julia please help me i have reached out to everyone but nobody answers, I have gone from doing 1k sales daily to 0 due to having no buy box eligibility, i have no ip complaints and have 320naccount health with a large sales volicity i am now making no sales daily and this is really hurting my business, is there anyway you can help !
Hi @Seller_6ltbZGiqMwnq0,
I took a look at about a dozen of your ASINs. In most cases, the products are offered by more than 10 competitors. During my checks, you were the Buy Box winner for some of those ASINs, so it doesn’t appear to be a broad account issue.
If I had to guess, it could be a competition issue, particularly with pricing. Are you actively monitoring your prices? Have you set up pricing rules in Seller Central, or are you using external pricing software?
I noticed you’re already shipping via FBA, which puts you in a strong position against Buy Box competitors. Inventory levels for the products I checked ranged between 30 and 50 pieces, which should be sufficient.
I hope this helps.
This is not only your problem. Our sales dropped 50 per cent a few weeks ago.
By using same product identifiers like UPC/Item model number, Are you selling on amazon only or some other websites as well? If you are selling on other websites then try to match those offerings
Same here bro, No reply from Amazon, they just give standard Reply, Everything is perfect in our account and we sale peak seasonal item and lost buy box without any reason. No one is here to help.
Same here, since the start of November my sales have plummeted from £200-£300 pd to £50-£60 pd. I am not sure what is happening, but hopefully it picks back up soon.
Hopefully this is just the calm before the storm and sales go up for Xmas the period.
can a amazon rep please help us out ? It is so frustrating talking to seller support telling me my account metrics are great but i am not eligible and they cant tell me why ?
I put it down to Black Friday fever. I sell I.T. Who wants to buy 2 weeks before Black Friday/Cyber Monday? I don't play those games with prices anyway - my margins are small all year, no room to move. But come November, I find an almost complete loss of sales. The Marketers of the world have a lot to answer for creating these endless peaks and troughs in the selling landscape. With me, it's not to do with buy box or not. Most of the time I'm the only one on a page (so many different variations on every computer and each with its own ASIN/EAN, so it's not hard to be in that position). It still doesn't help.
This may help. A few months ago we lowered the prices of a hand ful of our listings by a few pounds. The next day we had lost the buy box on all of those items.
bare in mind we sell our own products so do not share the buy box with anyone!
This was evidently a glitch. Probably still not fixed.
When we raised the price back....hey presto! We got the buy box back immediately.
