FBA shipment lost
First-time Amazon seller. Sent 24pcs of products to FBA warehouse. Shipment/BOL created on 6/17, Picked up a week later. The last report was on 9/15 with 0pc received. And status just shown closed. When I tried to get support, the website was only shown as not eligible for investigation.
Is there any way to file a claim or get support?

Closed does not mean complete. It is automatic after 90 days. Your inventory will still be received.
