Total balance not updating
Anyone else's total balance not updating?
We shipped over 50 orders this morning and our Total Balance hasn't changed all day. We usually disburse every Saturday evening but are reluctant to do so until we figure this out.

We disbursed earlier today, but the available balance shows incorrect.
It shows as if there was no account level reserve and all money were disbursed

I hate it when this happens. It makes me want to shut down until it's sorted out. I feel like I'm working for free or at a loss for that matter.

i wonder if my disbursement will just get cancelled, as the amount there is clearly incorrect

Yeah, can still disburse no problem. It's just the missing funds. It's happened many times before over the years. This one was a little longer than usual though.

maybe they were doing some system maintenance or smth. I know HSBC does updates on early Sunday morning sometimes
