Hi,
I hope all is well.
I've raised 3 cases on this and still haven't had a helpful response, so I thought I'd give it a try here.
My product video keeps getting rejected due to medical claims, so I took out the medical claims and re-uploaded, only for it to be rejected for the same reason again.
So instead of me guessing what Amazons problem is with my video, I raised the issue with seller support, who advised to email reviews-help@amazon.co.uk with the following:
• Inquiry type: video rejection dispute or general video moderation inquiry
• Marketplace
• ASIN
• Video ID
As you can imagine, they were extremely unhelpful and emailed me back thinking I was trying to remove a review!
It clearly states the inquiry type, so how they came back to me 3 times with the same response is crazy. Incompetence at its finest.
I'm not getting anywhere with seller support, can anyone here help please?
I shouldn't have to guess what Amazons problem with my video is, why is it so difficult to tell me what the issue is?
All the best,

All the best,
We had the same ages ago, despite the fact we had similar videos accepted fine on the same day. And the medical advice actually turned out to be the use of a recycling logo - so it could frankly be anything in your video that they are rejecting.
We just had to keep replying to the case to try to get someone with a few brain cells to actually tell us what the reason was. It took a month. Between this we were also asked to contact the community review team who were nothing to do with videos.
All you can do is keep asking and hope someone looks into it properly. I agree though - why they can't tell you the specific thing that is flagging the issue is bonkers.
@Winston_Amazon I've told the recycling logo story a few times. Is it something the engineering team is aware of? It can't be that difficult to actually give a precise reason for video rejection.
I'm still not getting anywhere with this, can someone actually help me please?
I wonder why we pay for a professional fee when we don't get the support, instead we just get incompetent idiots who waste our time!
@Winston_AmazonCan you help with this please?
