Amazon bar code

Hi, We are selling a new pet treat just through amazon, does Amazon issue there own exclusive bar code or can we just use one of our spare ones?

It sounds as though you are getting confused between a barcode ie EAN number and the FNSKU label that Amazon uses.

If the product does not exist on Amazon, then it needs an exclusive barcode from GS1.
Once that has been created, you then have the choice (Depending on product), whether to use the barcode only, or Amazon FNSKU labels.
