FBA New Seller Incentives not received?

Hi all, anyone having issues with not receiving the New Seller Incentives. I have enrolled and meet the requirements but not received any of the benefits. Complained to seller support and so far only received the promotional click credits but nothing else. They are still looking into it (raised the issue on 26/10/22) Are the benefits supposed to be automatic?
