SFP Order Amazon Buy Shipping INR Claim
Hello,
Can anyone advise what the situation is for liability, including refund or resending an item (or A-Z) if a prime order was shipped with Amazon Buy Shipping and shows delivered to letterbox on the tracking on Amazon’s pages but the customer is claiming they did not receive the delivery?
Best regards,
AL

I’ve got a similar problem. You can’t have an A-Z with a prime order though, so need not worry about that. The issue is getting negative feedback. Unless Amazon customer services refund you cannot claim anything via the SAFE-T process.
Anyone specifically asked Amazon Customer Services to refund orders before?

they should be talking to Amazon CS, not you. SFP Amazon are responsible for CS.
Definitely don’t resend or refund yourself until they’ve been through CS.

All customer service for Seller Fulfilled Prime orders is handled by Amazon and you need to direct the buyers to contact them.
Once the Amazon Customer Service refunds your buyer, if you met all the SFP order fulfillment conditions, you may be eligible for a reimbursement and request it by opening a Safe-T claim.
Here are the SFP Programme terms:

You need to file shipping claim through your amazon shipping account.

I don’t understand if your claim is approved in Ship.Amazon.co.uk, why only partial amount is refunded.
If I paid 2.85 for the shipping…The price at which the product was sold to the buyer was: £23.99. Amazon Shipping have refunded only £19.19. So I’m £4.80 of out pocket for someone who said they didn’t receive an item with tracking confirmed as delivered.
