Buyer Constantly trying to Return Furniture Item
Hi,
Need Help with a customer who is trying to return a replacement only furniture product. Reason being he does not need it now. He has been constantly raising return request with amazon support and i have been constantly clarifying it is replacement only that too incase of damaged product.
Now he has requested A2Z Claim for the order and i am afraid amazon might favour him. It is a difficult situation to survive on platform. Pls let me know
