SAFE-T CLAIM DENIED REASON : You have exceeded the acceptable limit of filing SAFE-T claims.
My Safe-t-claim are denied on daily basis for last 15 days due to reason of exceeded the limit of claims, while we have not raised too much of claim. If our safe-t-claims limit is exceeded then....
1. Why doesn't Amazon team stop tempering of return packets at hub?????
2. If return packets are checked at hub and they find wrong return inside the packets then why safe-t-claim is not processed automatically??????
Please help as we have more than 50 wrong return packets lying with and we are unable to raise the safe-t-claim

Total how many products as been fake returns, how many of claims filed, and how many remaining product to be filed for SAFE-T claims.

If the claim exceeds 2% of the overall sales for a month, the claim will be denied, even if the product you received is wrongly different or defective OR you have made a packing video or return opening video, as per the policy claim denied.

We faced this issue so much and lost almost 20k.
we can only claim 8% of total returns, that means, if you get 100 orders in return, you can only claim 8 out of 100.
this cycle restarts every 15 days of the last claim.
explaining our concern to amazon seller support is useless. they will just ignore and reply with the same message over and over.
what you can do?
just do not ship the order and bear cancellation charges if you feel it is fake buyer. and report it to amazon as suspicious.
or
do FBA, amazon might take care of the fake orders.

Amazon is safe heaven for fraud customers or maybe they themselves steal products. Never faced such issues in other ecommerce platforms. Amazon is total disaster.

Something Fraudulent activity going by Amazon easy ship courier services They open our packages and remove the high value product and repack the packages with different seller product or old Used product, Amazon knows all the things then also They denied our claim Saying that 'you reached acceptable limit' even if Claiming about 3 to 10 products a month, We have almost lost 1 50k to 1Lac Rupees due to this. Seller have to bare so much, They do not care about seller losses.

I would like to understand a few details about your situation. Do you use FBA and are the returns being sent back to the fulfillment center? Could you explain what makes these wrong returns - are the packages empty or are you receiving different products?
Could you provide some order numbers as examples?
