A-Z claim, not receive return product, Amazon auto-refund
Buyer bought my a product of mine 800$, after a week he made a return request with label "Bought by mistake". I sent him a message told him I will deduct from his refund amount for the delivery cost for 2 ways, in case he accept my suggestion, I'll create a return label for him. He did not response anything. Then he opened an A-Z claim with the label "Different from what I ordered". After a few days by Amazon's investigation, Amazon auto refund to the buyer while I have not received my package. I appealed many times but A-Z team stand with their decision. What should I do?. Lost product & lost money, what an unfairness for seller!

When someone requests a return, you authorize the return and provide a return label.
You do NOT tell them what fees you are charging and ask them if it's ok.
That information should be in your return policies.
