2-step sign in to seller account multiple times a day
I have to sign in 2-5 times a day to my seller account, using the 2-step, which is a pain. There was a post about this a year ago, but nobody got a solution then. I have been selling for 10 years now, and this has not happened until last month. I have tried different browsers (cleaned them too, always click “keep me signed in” and “don’t require OTP for this browser”), but the same thing happens. This is just so inconvenient because it happens basically always after I check anything after an hour has passed since the previous activity. Has anybody a solution to this?

I use my Amazon account on 2 devices. On one device I am constantly logged out of it and have to keep on re-entering the 2 step code.
On my other device which is the one I use mostly I only have to sign in every few days. Very occasionally I will have to enter a 2 step code but most times I don’t.
I have no idea why the 2 devices are treated so differently…

Happened to me just today. Up until this day I would 2FA once every few days max. Now it’s 5 times a day. Seems something has changed in the last couple of days.

I marked my device as a trusted device a few weeks ago, (as we used to) and not had to do the 2 step sign in since. Have a look for that tick box next time you have to do it.
I also tick the “keep me signed in box” so I only have to sign in once or twice a day

Second 2-step log in today, and it is 15:30. And no option for "don’t require OTP for this browser”.

Me too and its driving me crazy because inevitably Ive left my phone (and passcode) in another room, so literally becomes a 50 step sign in.

SOLUTION: I had the same problem. What worked for me was I changed DNS Server from obtaining automatically to manual in wifi settings.
