Advice Please Prepaid Return Label
Hi, Ive just received a message from amazon that a customer’s item was delivered after the due date by RM. They have asked me to either refund or if I want the item back to send a pre paid return label to the customer. I do not have a Royal Mail account and post at my local sorting office using stamps. Can anyone let me know how I should deal with the return. Thank you.

Hi, I contacted my customer who states that she has spoken to Amazon and that a formal return request has been set up however there is nothing showing in my returns screen. The only way i can think to get around this is to send buyer stamps to return the item?

Have you checked under authorised as it will be auto authorised uunder Amazons new returns policy.
