SDS sheets and UK Exemption Sheeets
Hello everyone,
I’ve been trying to get my products listed for ages and think I’ve been hit by every obstacle FBA have!
I have two products that are NOT classed as flammable or hazardous. I already airfreight them from UK to Australia and other countries.
All shipping merchants and airlines I’ve used have accepted the SDS or MSDS sheets that I’ve supplied.
I completed the hazmat section and uploaded my safety sheets. Being told it would be 4 days.
Two weeks later after me chasing almost every day I’m now being told that I have to submit the SDS form under the Exemption section.
They told me on the phone that the Safety sheets are not the same as the listing. Because the safety sheets sheets don’t match the description of Multi- Award winning natural nail polish remover.
How stupid is that, when trying to explain no SDS would have this description on it, the operator just said fill in the form or don’t sell your products.
I’m now lost and not really sure what forms I’m meant to be sending them.
Help please.
Hope the above all makes sense

The SDS description must match the name of the product you have registered with Amazon.
If different, you need to change one of them so that they match. They need to be sure that the SDS refers to the correct product without any question.

Thank you Rugsy,
I’ll give it a go and wait another four days and see what happens.

There is a part that says Prepared By
Is this my name or the manufacturers name where the product was made and whom produced the SDS sheets?

Yes I’ve got the SDS from the manufacturer.
Just wanted to make sure I didn’t go anything wrong to hold the process up anymore, its been almost 3 months!
