Order cancelation rate
received an order from customer but had to cancel due to some reason I had no idea it will impact my account as I am new, unfortunately the order cancelled on the week ending day and now I cant even try to reduce the cancellation rate. there is no warning on account yet but I am worried it will appear in some time, please can anyone help what to do?

I don’t believe one cancellation will cause a problem, even if you have few orders - but 2 would!
Try not to cancel another until the first one has faded from view
