Automated Handling Time

Facts:

set on the item page in general settings dispach time 1 day

settings in shipping setting 1 day

order date 28 February 11:58

shipping date at the latest next day according to the settings as above so I have the deadline until Monday (weekend)

on Monday I see information with this order information:

Late Shipped. You are required to maintain Late Shipment Rate below 4%

I write to Seller Support to explain the situation, after a few hours I receive the following information:

"In this regard, please be informed that you have your actual Handling Time faster than you had configured in your shipping settings, will be auto-enrolled to Automated Handling Time (AHT). you might receive faster promise ship-by date on orders.

However, for the first 90 days after this change, your Late Shipment Rate (LSR) will not be impacted if you have a late shipment because AHT set a faster Handling Time than your original configuration."

After this information I call the Account Health Specialist to find out why the delivery settings of items were changed without my knowledge and to remove the imposed LDR percentages.

He kindly and understandably explained to me what it is, where it came from and how to uncheck it (I do it too).

He also informs me to call Seller Central to remove the awarded penalty points.

And so I did 5 times, I talk and then the assistant with full understanding of the situation promises to forward the case higher and I will receive information by e-mail and I receive information by e-mail for the fifth time like this:

"Our team have reviewed all of your case details and found that the Order cannot be removed from you Late Dispatch Rate.

The Shipment needed to be confirmed on February 28th 2025, but it was confirmed on March 1st 2025 instead."

without giving any reason why not? especially since as you can see at the beginning of the correspondence from SS I received information that this delay will not affect .....

Maybe someone had a similar situation and knows how to solve it?

I will be extremely grateful for your help

I just now noticed another discrepancy in the latest email from SS:

"The Shipment needed to be confirmed on February 28th 2025, but it was confirmed on March 1st 2025 instead." March 1st is Saturday, so the shipment on Monday is not delayed.

and that was in fact the case, this was confirmation on March 3
