How can I re-start the KYC verification
Hi anyone can support how we can restart the KYC verification issue with Amazon?
I started the business on Amazon in December 2023, everything was good and there were not any highlighted marks on my information page since I registered the account. Everything looks OK.
I just received the Performance Notification last Sunday (18th Feb 2024) which mentioned Amazon cannot verify my account and will suspend my account.
I am new to Amazon and I don't why my account is suspended because my account health is OK, and my bank account, VAT, and Brand are all showed verified on the Seller Central page. I didn't receive any notification to ask me to upload more information.
Here is the performance notification:
Dear Seller,
We were unable to verify the information you provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and, as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell on Amazon.
We leveraged a combination of automated means and expert human review to identify this issue and make this decision.
Please take appropriate steps to resolve any open orders. Note that any amounts paid as a result of A-to-z Guarantee claims and chargebacks may be deducted from the balance in your existing Seller Account.
I have asked the support team, and they told me need to ask the verification team to restart the verification.
I have emailed the verification team but haven't response.

I suggest you do the following:
Go to your account health pages and click the CALL ME NOW button.
As a professional seller you can schedule a call with the team.
Or you go to the Help pages and choose the option: KYC General Questions and add your question there.
