How do I remove a review about a broken product due to Amazon delivery?

As the title suggests, I took immense care to add shockproof material when shipping to the Amazon warehouse, arrived at the Amazon warehouse and was sent out, delivered to the purchaser's home was showing broken packaging, the customer gave a bad review, the fact that it wasn't because of me but was the responsibility of the Amazon warehouse, and as a result gave me a bad review of the product, was a real pain!
