I want to share my experience with Amazon Italy because I’m completely stuck, and maybe someone here has gone through the same situation.
I haven’t received my payments for over a year, even though I have submitted all the required documents multiple times. My bank account verification keeps getting rejected without any explanation. There is currently a document under review that I have been waiting on for over a month, but nothing is happening.
Meanwhile, my account has been suspended, and although I submitted my new ID as requested, they didn’t accept it. At this point, communication with them has become completely impossible:
I can't even open a support ticket because they automatically close them.
Chat is unavailable – not that it was ever useful.
There’s no phone number to reach them.
I’m in a total deadlock – my money is stuck with them, and there’s no way to contact them.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there any way out of this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
