Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD
I'm getting nowhere with Seller Support (Live Chat & Phone), made a ticket asking for escalation, E-Mailed CEO's office and got a pretty rude reply, I'm at a total loss as to what to do. I have lost the buy box for ALL of my key products and best sellers, I am the brand owner, I am the only offer.
I am stunned at how little support there is from Amazon, I knew it was bad but I had no idea it was THIS BAD. Absolutely no transparency what-so-ever, nothing on performance notifications, account health is perfect, no violations, I am enrolled on the new Account Health Assurance scheme (which gave me peace of mind for all of 3 days).
With the CEO's office giving me the cold shoulder, seller support sending me links to 'Seller University', spending in excess of 10 hours trying almost everything on my account blindly, I'm at a complete loss sitting here with next to no sales. So my last resort is this... a mega thread... I'm hoping with enough people complaining about the issue, Amazon MAY acknowledge this problem as a bug/glitch before I have to file for bankruptcy (no exaggeration) and when they do, I also expect no apology or compensation.

All your listings should be now eligible for the featured offer / buy box privileges,
I would recommend anyone who sees this please email CEO's office managingdirector @ amazon (.co.uk) for a quicker resolution until there's a permanent fix in place!

As a new Amazon seller, I started my store one month ago. Since then, I have been continuously shipping my products to Amazon, but I have not seen the buy box for my products until they became available for sale. Not knowing what the issue was, I could only blindly seek help from “Amazon seller support”, but this did not resolve my problem at all. It was not until I read posts in the forum that I realized many sellers were experiencing the same issue as me. Hence, I also hope that Amazon can resolve the problem of my store not having a buy box and help me restore my sales on Amazon, I would be most grateful.

I am saddened to say that our shop has recently experienced a loss of buy box for all ASIN in the shop, and I hope you can help with a complaint to resolve it!
Let me begin by stating that we are fully entitled to use the shopping cart.
1. our account is in good health and our shop scores are high, 2. customer reviews and feedback on our products and shop are excellent and our shop and product scores are high, 3. we use FBA for shipping, 4. our products are reasonably priced and we have not had any significant price increases, 5. we have been selling over £3000 per day for the past month, 6. we are professional seller

Featured offer eligibility / buy box eligibility GLITCH AGAIN!!
This is happening consistently now every 2 months.The eligibility glitch has been going on since 2017. But Amazon refuses to acknowledge that there is a problem. I have opened the case with case ID 9952960822 on 7th July and Amazon internal technical team is trying to fix it since two week but didn't succeed yet. I am 7 year old seller and top seller in my category with 7000 plus listing reviews, i also missed the prime day due to this technical problem and estimated loss till now is 70,000 GBP. i am receiving the emails from Amazon like below but no progress.... Where i have to go .....
