Identity information Required But No Option to upload anything
Today I received an email from Amazon to upload the Identity Documents.
But when I click on he link or go to the Identity information page it’s says.
Your information is being verified.
You will not be able to make updates to your information until the verifications are complete. Verifications can take over 24 hours, and might take up to 10 working days in some cases.
And there is no option to upload any documents.
Is there anyone who can guide me on this.

mine listing and payments also suspended ,problem since 9 of December
I made a few calls to support but they can’t handle it and was transferred to the verification team.
I have 6 open cases, each of them has a status of “Transferred”
I have been waiting for any answer for 10 days because I do not know what to do anymore !!
I thought that maybe some AMAZON moderator on the forum would join the conversation !!!

these are normal routines this is how it should be ,each verification process looks the same but in our case we cannot send the necessary documents via amzon web and still the same problem.
