Your Amazon.co.uk selling privileges have been removed
I’ve started selling some second-hand books from my personal collection on Amazon. I just received an email telling me: “You currently may not sell on Amazon.co.uk because you are offering items that may infringe intellectual property rights or may be inauthentic. A list of these items is at the end of this email.” The items listed are three second-hand books, all listed as Used in my inventory. I’m unsure how to respond. The email asks me to provide information about my supplier, but I don’t have one: the books are all from my personal collection. (Indeed, two out of the three are out of print.)
It’s very frustrating: they’re witholding all the payments I’ve received so far. What can I do to fix this?
Thanks for your help.

Sadly it’s standard policy now for Amazon to pick 3 random listings and ask you to supply invoices for them- which of course you won’t have for old used books. There isn’t a fix that I’m aware of.

In case anyone’s interested, Amazon have restored my seller privileges, but only after I removed all my listings. I’ll be taking my books elsewhere.
