Hello Sellers and Amazon Support,
I need urgent help regarding a brand approval issue that is becoming extremely frustrating and unfair.
I applied for approval to sell Brand products. I have:
✅ A valid Letter of Authorization (LOA) clearly stating that I am allowed to resell their products on Amazon
✅ A complete and authentic invoice from an authorized distributor
✅ Order confirmation and tracking info
✅ A healthy Amazon account with no performance issues or violations
Still, my approval request was rejected — without a clear explanation. Every time I contact Seller Support, I only receive generic responses.
The LOA I received from the brand clearly mentions specific ASINs and states that I am authorized to resell those products on Amazon under those ASINs.
If Amazon is mentioned in the LOA itself and I’m following all policies, then why is my request being rejected while other sellers are already selling these same ASINs?
It seems the documents aren’t even being properly reviewed. I’m holding inventory and this delay is causing financial loss.
I request Amazon to take this seriously and escalate the issue to the relevant team for manual document review.
