I had listed my product and I used to get sales as well but the product is now under inactive status. On checking the matter, Amazon informed that I needed to provide some additional images with product ingredients and all and I did that. It is still inactive and is mentioned that I need to provide product details.

Can you please help me out here as I'm not getting the desired support from Amazon for this case even after seeking support and it's more than a month now I believe.

There is no accountability of 3rd courier partner who deliver returns as a RTO or RVP.

There should OTP based delivery of return for these courier partners.

These companies delivery person marks return as a delivered and does not return the shipment at actual.

In our case the delivery person marked the shipments are returned on 24 May 2025 but at actual we have received these shipments on 9th June 2025.

Now Safe t claim is denying the claim due out of eligibility window.

If a seller is marking his store status as inactive and is going for a vacation that means at actual his store is closed.

So why does Amazon try to deliver sellers return orders?

As if the store is closed that means no one is there to accept the return shipment.

Or Amazon should provide the option while marking the account status inactive whether you want to receive the returned shipment during vacation period or not.

If FBA ATS shipment lost in transit then who will be at loss?
