We are the regostered brand owner and the manufacturer of the product we are trying to ship to FBA.

We are selling this product since years without any problems. Now it is not possible to ship the product and we got following notice;

Other Luxury Beauty category in New condition(s)

Other Luxury Beauty category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Our products are brand-new, manufactured by us in Germany, and there are no other sellers offering them. At the same time, thousands of other sellers are selling its own brand products in the same category.

I contacted seller support to escalate a business-critical issue. However, they didn't take any action and responded: "We are currently not accepting applications to sell these items. We will not be able to provide any further information at this time."

This is not acceptable and a serious problem for our business.

I am getting this error since yesterday, while trying to upload a product. This error is making it impossible to update inventory. Why dos it happen? Is there any solution?

The commission fees for sales in May have not been charged yet. I noticed a charge of around $1–$1.20 on the card linked to the account, which I understand is to verify the connection between the account and the card. In that case, will the commission for products sold in May be settled in June?

These feed files are a total joke

My listings go way about 2-3 times per year. Variations mysteriously stop working and or shipments will not allow me to create for one random issue or another that miraculously appears when i touch nothing on my account

wish amazon could get theirselves together when it comes to simple listing maintance. Why does my units have 0 inventory but will not let me ship in units due to "too much supply"

why do my variation listings go wacky a few times a year forcing me to relist everything but maintain the asin and therefore rank etc

why can we only make changes through feed file. this process is barbaric. Feed files are not formatted correctly for the listing. we still ahve to login later from the dashboard to fix bullet points listing description keywords etc that didnt format properly from our feed file

yet every amazon rep seller support guru ive spoken with magically thinks feed files are so easy and great. every one i speak to swears the same old gibberish lies about how it will really work this time and they really know what theyre doing. it never does. clearly theyre lying anyway since they can never speak to the same seller again to ensure the issue was ever resolve!

very very sad. something that should take a few minutes and mouse clicks like variations and a shippment takes weeks to sort out with seller support

whatever even worse now is that the super geniuses at management decided to tie supports hands even more and not let them do back end tweaks to our listings. so now everything more jacked up then ever bcs we get the basic im going to email you instructions routine which of course doesnt work and we get stuck in a negative feedback loop with support

im sure theres still plenty of sellers here still riding amazons enlogated ego. enjoy it. for the rest of us the platform is a real headache.
