Wondering if anyone else is running into this.

We have local language images uploaded for our EU marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, etc.). But lately, Amazon keeps automatically replacing them with the English images from our US/UK listings. The images are basically the same except for the text language, which we localize for each market.

When this happens, we have to manually re-upload the local images, but it keeps repeating on multiple ASINs. It’s getting a bit exhausting to keep fixing this manually over and over.

We reached out to Brand Registry Support — they suggested enabling something called "Marketplace Lock" to prevent image sync between marketplaces. But we can’t seem to find this option anywhere in Seller Central, and Amazon hasn’t been able to explain yet why this automatic syncing is happening in the first place.

I’m hoping to hear from anyone who might:

• Be seeing the same issue
• Know what’s triggering it
• Have found any reliable workarounds

About 10 hours ago, an automatic long-term storage disposal order was generated for inventory stored over 12 months. The order is currently still in "Pending" status.

Removal order ID is 5NLO603bSB.

I would like to request the cancellation of this order. I have already submitted a cancellation request through an Amazon service representative.

However, in case the cancellation is not approved, I would like to at least update the return address associated with this order. The current return address was set over a year ago and is no longer valid.

Please help me resolve this issue. I truly hope this matter can be solved.

Does anyone know why PBI3 always has complications? When I was making my FBA shipment, I saw that it was making me send it to PBI3 and I knew that there was going to be a problem. Sure enough I try to send it there and now there are carrier delays. Any other spot that Amazon has me send to works just fine, it's only this one that has constant problems. Can any of the mods help me?

I am a trademark owner of the brand and I had a listing and it was taken down due to policy voilation. even though i was able to provide all the trademark information and documentation. and when reach out to account health support they i think they are reading off a script and nothing else.
