Heads up! AHT is not working properly!
by Seller_2azHBWt7FzGTG

I have had AHT and SSA enabled for almost a year with no issues. Today 2 orders came in with AHT issues.

order 1 - has a 2 day handling time. AHT says we ship at 1 day but has ignored the 1 day historic shipping time and decided that we now need to ship in 0 days.

order 2 - has a 2 day handling time. AHT has not been established for this item. Ship time on order is 3 days (Friday) when it should be 2 days (Thursday).

These are custom items that require 1-2 days to make.

@Seller_FJwyF3iu5qxUYI already opened a case with support for this issue. 17934633101

And why am I getting a warning when I provided no personal information?

We have a lot of items under $20. We used to offer a coupon discount which showed the customer they were getting a discount. This prompted sales. Customers liked this and got immediate satisfaction. Now that the coupon fees went from 60 cents to $5.00+2.5%, coupons are no longer viable.

Tried to put things on sale getting a strike through of the regular price. Yes, I read the details but no matter what we do, the sale price shows up as the for sale price with no strike-through. Promotion without having the strike through doesn't work because one impetus for customers to buy an item on sale is the element of time. Without the strikethough there's no impetus.

We've advertised the items, which sort of works, but that isn't saving the customer any money, and in fact it costs them money in the soup of things. Our sales go up but our ROAS makes the advertising unjustifiable. You need a ROAS of around 1.4 just to break even on the Amazon fees, yet alone the product costs, labor, etc. Yes the ads are targeted, we advertise on specific days and at specific times even.

So what is left? I wish there was a discount available to customers to buy more than one at a time. *Buy two and save 10%*. Yes, business accounts can do it, but what about regular customers?

Why not just drop the price? Brand against brand, people buy the middle priced item in a good-better-best scenario. Research has shown cheaper priced brand offering WITHOUT a sale or promotion are seen as inferior. "You get what you pay for up to a point." People like sales and they like discounts they can see. I;m out of ideas. Am I missing something?

FBA REimbursement Issues
by Seller_rr45B3vDsauwa
Amazon replied

When Amazon loses products inbound they are not even following their own policy. It states before being shipped to a customer we will get cost. Yet, now i'm being told after they give us half of cost they wont' go back and re-evaulate anything. Yet their "cost" isn't in the Amazon api yet and we were told if we want to update a lot of sku's cost at the same time they will ask for invoices for about 10% of the sku's. Well what if we have dozens of thousands of sku's?

anyone been able to get anywhere with this crap. I have a case and they are denying the "re-evaulation" of the reimbursement even though we are providing an invoice showing our sourcing cost. This product was lost when Amazon checked it in. No idea how they are denying this.

I noticed that the seller "Shop Aegis" can make generic listings created by other owners freely, I am afraid that he is hacking amazon system.

That means he can steal money from other sellers easily.

Who do know why this seller 's account is so powerful, can bypass amazon generic error: 5886.

He is definitely violating " amazon generic listing" .....

Brand Registry done several years ago.

We added Buy With Prime plugin on our site. Also added Reviews and Ratings. Reviews and Ratings were pulling in fine until it stopped.

Upon checking BWP console, it says product is NOT owned by the brand. Which is incorrect. BWP is working fine. Only Ratings and Reviews not getting pulled.

BWP support says contact Brand Registry. The case id for the Brand Registry approved application from several years ago does not work anymore.

Opened a case with case id 17875944671. Case is going in circles in support. Can someone help please?

I would like to provide a detailed explanation regarding the issue I am facing with the Seller Reimbursement Portal and why I am requesting a manual review and intervention by the internal team due to the significant financial impact this is having on my business.

Amazon has recently introduced the Seller Reimbursement Portal, where sellers are required to upload the sourcing cost (Cost of Goods Sold) for products listed in their account. This sourcing cost is used by Amazon to calculate reimbursements when inventory is lost or damaged by the fulfillment center before the units go live on the seller’s account.

I attempted to update the sourcing cost for the two ASINs.

I uploaded valid manufacturer invoices which clearly show the actual cost of the products. However, the reimbursement portal denied my cost update request. As per the current policy, I have now exceeded the number of cost update attempts and must wait 30 days before resubmitting.

The issue is that 80 units of ASIN B0C5JSTHZH were lost by the Amazon warehouse team. The actual cost per unit is $25, as supported by the attached verifiable invoice from my manufacturer. However, Amazon has reimbursed me at $14.60 per unit, which was the system’s default value before I attempted to update it. This has resulted in a loss of $840 (80 x [$25 - $14.60]), for no fault of my own.

I then opened a case requesting manual re-evaluation of the reimbursement at the correct cost, but I was informed that no further adjustment could be made. I believe this is unfair and places the financial burden of a warehouse error on me as a seller, despite my full compliance with Amazon's policies and procedures.

Additionally, I am very concerned about a current shipment of 504 units, which is en route to Amazon's fulfillment center. I attempted to upload the correct invoice for this product as well, but once again the reimbursement portal denied the update. If the warehouse misplaces these units too, I fear I will again be reimbursed at the incorrect and significantly lower automated cost.

To summarize:

I have uploaded valid and verifiable invoices showing my true sourcing cost.

The system denied cost update attempts, and I have exceeded the allowed limit for editing.

80 units were lost, and I have been reimbursed at an incorrect rate, incurring significant financial loss.

There is no manual override or reconsideration offered despite the evidence provided.

A new shipment of 504 units is at risk of being affected by the same issue.

I am requesting the following:

A manual review and correction of the reimbursement for ASIN B0C5JSTHZH based on the invoice showing the correct cost of $25/unit.

Immediate internal escalation of this issue to the Reimbursement and Seller Performance Teams for review.

Reconsideration of my denied cost update requests for all mentioned ASINs.

Assurance that my incoming shipment of 504 units (ASIN: X004NM1Y43) will be protected from similar miscalculations.

Please find the supporting invoices attached again for your reference.

I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. These types of issues, if not handled properly, can result in substantial losses for sellers who are otherwise in full compliance with Amazon policies.

Amazon won't reimburse me - updated sourcing cost
by Seller_4HaNDbfs1w2Ft
Amazon replied

I submitted an update for a sourcing cost on one of my products.

Amazon approved the sourcing cost update.

Amazon reimbursed me for their "estimate" and not my sourcing cost. I opened a case and they refuse to reimburse me the difference even though they approved my updated sourcing cost.

I guarantee mods won't respond to this because they don't respond to 99% of the cases I create.

This is extremely urgent. $100million Amazon business. If any mods can look into this, I would greatly appreciate it. I received an email and performance notification recently with 32 ASINs deactivated because "These products were identified as not being offered by the brand and therefore violate our ASIN Creation Policy. To protect the customer experience, we limit the creation of new branded ASINs by sellers who are not associated with the brand owner."

But I am the brand owner. I opened a case and they said I don't have approval to sell the brand "San Fransisco Bay" - but this makes no sense. That brand has nothing to do with these listings. I've never heard of it before. I own my brand, own the trademark, am Amazon brand registered, created the GTINs and ASINs, manufacture the product, own the brand website. This is obviously some kind of error or glitch. It's very unfair to me because we're losing revenue and seller support is just responding with pasted responses that make no sense.

Can someone please escalate this to be investigated and fixed?

Hey everyone,

I’m the founder of Remedial Pax, a skincare brand that’s been on Amazon for over 4 years. We built a solid reputation, invested in quality, and consistently maintained strong performance.

Out of nowhere, my account was banned.

It started with strange performance notifications claiming “review manipulation” — but then Amazon followed up saying it was a mistake, and later that my account was just “under review.”

Meanwhile, the account is completely deactivated, and all listings are gone. The most frustrating part? When I call Amazon support and ask what’s actually going on, they say there are no active review violations on my account. No clear explanation. Just vague references, mixed messages, and dead ends.

One moment it’s a violation. Then it’s a mistake. Then it’s “under review.” But in reality, my business is shut down.

How does that make any sense?

Has anyone dealt with something like this and actually got their account reinstated?

Would appreciate any advice, connections, or even just shared frustration.
