We received the following message from a Buyer, claiming the product received was delivered in unhealthy conditions and threatening to ruin our reputation in and off Amazon if we did not issue a full refund for the order. The product is not a consumable.
How can we best report this to Amazon so they can take measures and investigate since this seems like a scam?

Dear Sir/Madam,
The product delivered under my recent Amazon order is absolutely unacceptable and poses a direct health risk. Although I ordered a brand-new and original item, I received a product that was clearly used, visibly dirty, stained, and emitting a strong, foul odor.
As soon as the package was opened, the intolerable smell caused physical discomfort to members of my household, including young children. Out of serious concern for our health, we immediately and unconditionally disposed of the product without allowing it into our home. It would have been unsafe and irresponsible to do otherwise.
Let me be absolutely clear: due to the unsanitary and potentially hazardous condition of the item, it was neither feasible nor safe to photograph or return it. This does not invalidate the seriousness of the issue. Health and safety come before procedural formality.
Accordingly, I am demanding the following without any further discussion or delay:
An immediate and unconditional full refund of the total order value,
No further request for the return of the product or submission of evidence.
If this request is not fully addressed within 48 hours, I will proceed without further notice to take the following actions:
File a formal and detailed complaint with Amazon regarding your store,
Leave a public, detailed, and documented negative review on your seller profile,
Share this experience with documentation across relevant consumer and social media platforms,
Initiate formal legal proceedings by filing a complaint with national consumer protection authorities,
If necessary, escalate to the appropriate judicial authorities due to the potential health risks involved.
This is the final and only opportunity for you to resolve this matter amicably. After this, you will bear full legal, financial, and reputational responsibility for the consequences.
I expect confirmation of the refund being processed within 48 hours of this notice.
