Anyone else having issues with 'send to amazon'?

I can't seem to see anyone talking about this here so far. Are we the only one having issues with 'send to amazon'? We can't proceed because the only available option is minimal shipment splits (or the option with only 1 location). Usually, we get partial shipment which is cheaper but now it just keeps on loading. It is not greyed out, it just has the circle loading logo and it has been like this for hours already. Anyone else? I kinda worried if we are the only one experiencing this. I hope not!!

PS - we ship non-standard sizes items

I have submitted several invoices, LOA even, for the past month and I am getting same answer over and over again which makes me think no one is actually even looking at my invoices. The invoices meet all requirements.

My account has a great track record, sales, reviews, performance, health. EVERYTHING.

And still getting denied over and over again.

Ive been a long time seller of a certain brand. The brand recently registered with Brand Registry and sent me an inventation to be an approved seller. My store health score is 1000 out of 1000 with a 97% customer feedback rating. Last year I sold over $20M. I have a great long term relationship with the brand owner. However, Amazon denied my invention when I accepted it. Is there any other method the brand can use to add me as an approved seller?

Dear Representative,

I’ve been selling on Amazon for about 8 years, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a serious issue. I’ve never asked for help on the forums before, but I’m currently stuck and truly need assistance.

I submitted multiple requests to increase my FBA standard-size storage limit for June. I spoke with a representative who was helpful and escalated the issue to the internal team. Since this was my first time facing something like this, I expected it would be resolved—but unfortunately, it wasn’t.

When I didn’t receive a response to the case, I followed up by phone. However, I don’t believe the issue was fully understood. During the call, I was told I’d be able to send inventory in early July, but even my July requests have not been granted so far.

I’m willing to pay any applicable reservation fees. I would sincerely appreciate it if someone could review this situation and help me reach a resolution.

The Brand for Item B09Z76SMD8 is "Godex" as shown in the pictures, in the Title, in the description as well as the Product Details as the Manufacturer.

The Brand is incorrectly shown as "McAuley Labels" in the bullet points as well as a link to the McAuley Labels store is under the title.

McAuley Labels does not even sell under the ASIN B09Z76SMD8 ?

discussion.For the love of all things holy will somebody help me. I need to contact Amazon Seller. Everytime I login it logs me back out. I can't get to help. I can't call, email or do anything else because there is no contact info. It just says log in for help. That's my freaking problem. I need to ship my orders.

Hello,

I have, in the past, posted to this forum about issues that are impossible to correct when another seller contributes wrong information. Here are a couple examples where I'd appreciate some additional assistance.

2. Bobbi's Babies is wrongly showing up as brand name on many listings with nationally known brand names. I *think* they are using their specific store name AS the brand name.

I do not have any luck requesting brand name corrections that are clearly wrong. Oddly enough, "Brand Name" is one of the menu options when I select a reason for creating a case, but then I just get a boilerplate response that Amazon won't consider requests for "rebranding" and then I'm told to create my own listing. This isn't "rebranding" -- it's an effort to correct wrong information where the actual brand name is well-known (Simplicity for sewing patterns), and I think Seller Support advocating for sellers creating "new" listings for the same item is completely irresponsible. After all, doesn't Amazon want to PREVENT duplicate listings? And filing reports of seller abuse never goes anywhere for me (even though I think this is a case of seller ignorance rather than malicious intent).

The ASIN is B00MB8EKQO and the associated case # is 17905628221. (There are many other listings incorrectly branded to "Bobbi's Babies" but this is the one where I created a case, that was summarily dismissed by the rep.)

2. Sellers are using "Generic" to add their offers (or create new listings for) items that have established brand names. I think they are doing this because they don't have permission to create listings (or sell on existing listings). For instance, this ASIN 17905628221 is by Patch Press. I cannot add my offer to this listing because some seller hijacked it as "Generic." I opened a case (17780645831) and was told that I had to submit a violation report, which I did ... and the response I received was that "no violation could be identified." (And again, the advice in these cases is typically "create your own listing" but as in the previous example, this means duplicate listings created for the same item.)

Hey all,

I’m in a bit of a bind and could use some clarity from anyone who’s dealt with something similar.

I’ve got ~300 units across 4 SKUs sitting at my 3PL, and I need to get them out before July, otherwise, they’re tripling my monthly fees. A removal order is my only option right now. I’m not based in the US, don’t have anyone local who can help, and I’ve already tried prep centers - none are willing to take on a shipment this small.

Here’s what I’m working with:

  • 135 Product A
  • 93 Product B
  • 47 Product C
  • 25 Product D

I’m trying to get these units back into FBA without triggering account issues (case pack errors, weight limits, etc.) and ideally without getting slammed with fees. My plan was to send them in as individual units, but the 3PL is handling the shipment and won’t let me label the units myself or control how the boxes are packed.

I really don’t want to destroy this inventory, but I’m starting to feel like I’m out of options. I’m nervous I’ll set off a bunch of compliance alerts. Has anyone dealt with something similar or have a workaround?
