Hello fellow sellers,

I need some guidance on a negative feedback issue that I believe is completely unfair and out of my control.Order ID: 114-7612468-9978647

Buyer Name: DianaShipping Carrier: DHL Express I

Shipped the order on time using DHL. However, I was informed by DHL that the package could not clear U.S. Customs because the buyer’s name was listed only as “Diana” with no surname or company name. DHL specifically asked for the full legal name or company name along with ID proof to release the shipment.

I messaged the buyer several times through Amazon’s messaging system requesting the needed details. Unfortunately, the buyer never responded. As a result, the shipment was returned to origin. Even though this issue was caused by the buyer's lack of response, I still issued a full refund to ensure good customer service.Despite all of this, the buyer left a 1-star feedback, blaming me for the non-delivery.

What I’ve done:

Provided DHL’s official communication showing the customs issue.

Submitted screenshots of my unanswered messages to the buyer.

Filed a feedback removal request to Amazon Seller Support.

Why I believe this feedback should be removed:

Issue was caused by customs, not seller performance.

Buyer did not respond to any of my requests for information.

I refunded the full amount once the item was returned.

I acted responsibly and professionally throughout.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice on how to get Amazon to consider this fairly? Thanks in advance for your help.

Create Variations to existing custom listings
by Seller_zNV5Km8b1QOsd

Amazon replied

Case ID 17571236761

Hello,

I hope someone can help us. We have some custom listings that we created long time ago but now we want to add variation to them so we can do FBA in the future, but we cannot upload the image to those variations after we done every other tasks, only the account manager can do but we don't want to bother her too much so we tried to figure out ourself.

We cannot create the new listing because this listing had some sales before or reviews and we don't want to lose them.

We download the template, but still don't understand how it works. We also tried the Variation Wizard but it didn't work either.

However, there is no image required for variations when we created the new listings.

I sell jewelry, I'm the brandowner.

by Seller_H505wnz51zDTM

I am trying to list products on my seller account, but I keep receiving the message: "Your account does not qualify to list products."

Please help me understand why this issue is occurring and what steps I need to take to resolve it so I can begin listing my products.

Hi everyone,

I'm very frustrated right now and hoping to get some advice or help.

A customer claimed that the GPU they bought from us was defective — but this happened after the Amazon return window had already closed. I followed Amazon policy and told the customer to contact ASUS directly for warranty service, which is what we’re supposed to do for hardware outside the return period.

The customer never returned anything to me — no label created, no tracking, nothing received. But Amazon still refunded them fully through A-to-Z, even though I never got the item back. So now the customer has both the full refund and the GPU. I basically lost both the money and the product.

This seems like a clear violation of Amazon’s own policy that says the buyer needs to return the item before any refund is issued. I submitted an appeal explaining everything, but it was denied.

I feel completely helpless right now. I did everything correctly, but in the end, I’m left with a total loss. Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there any way to escalate this further to Seller Performance or Executive Seller Relations? I don’t know what else I can do.

Thank you for reading.

Your account does not qualify. We have taken this measure because we have concerns about the authenticity of the affected listings. The sale of counterfeit items is strictly prohibited. For further information, visit "Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy": https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/201165970

Has anyone else had this such an issue I have authentic invoices for all my products but suddenly today I cannot submit my invoices

Appeal for B0CBJZVBWH
by Seller_BbphxkDh4Hk82

Dear Amazon Team:

ASIN: B0CBJZVBWH

This product was identified as having Food and Product Safety Issues. After contacting the Account Health and Seller Support team, we were told that it was related to lithium battery safety. We appealed from both the Account Health page and the Seller Support case, but were told that no documents would be accepted to restore the ASIN.

It should be stated that the product we sell does not contain batteries (we have stated this on the detail page and product images), so there will be no safety issues with lithium batteries. The following are actual photos of this product. Please help me restore this ASIN and delete the record. Thank you.

First off I do not ship FEDEX for their notorious upcharges down the road. I have a case open to which I wanted to know which transactions had an OTHER charge. Since 5/25/25 I been waiting for a HONEST answer from amazon. Today I get for fed ex charge for 3 parcels. I stop shipping fed ex over a year ago, there may have been 1 but amazon now stating 3. NO, not my account, there is an amazon error.

I ship on 3 different sites and never had a shipping upcharge on anything, just amazon. Sellers have a right to know which transactions this up charges are attached to and if amazon can not tell us which transactions it is to dispute it, this becomes a major issue with transparency in handling my payments.

ASINs Require Approval - Moderator Please
by Seller_icDSv2mkjZRik
Amazon replied

In respect to case 17843383971, we have 2 ASINs that we have been selling on Amazon for 2 plus years. We are the brand owner. Today, these 2 ASINs now show that we need approval to list these items even though we are the brand owner and have been selling them for 2 plus years with no issues. We have inventory that is now stranded because of this. Can a moderator please review this case - thank you.

Good day, we are a new seller trying to set up and apply in the Groceries and Gourmet Foods section.

We will be selling Madagascar Vanilla packed in sealed plastic bags. Our distributor uses an FDA approved packing facility in Madagascar. We have applied using the invoice from our distributor as well as the FDA certification from the packing plant. We just get a reply mail saying we are not eligible to sell within this section. Is there any additional documentation we require, our brad is still not registered, we have listed it as a generic product for now. Any help would be much appreciated.
