I'm reaching out with deep concern regarding my recent Brand Registry application, which was unfortunately declined due to Amazon not being able to verify business name and business identifier. I’ve been notified that my account has been locked from reapplying for the next 90 days. My case ID is: 17634287201

I fully understand and respect Amazon's need to validate brand ownership and accuracy of information to maintain the highest level of trust and protection for customers. However, this current situation is having a significant negative impact on my business.

I am a dedicated seller working hard to build a legitimate and trusted brand on your platform, and the delay in Brand Registry is preventing me from accessing key tools and protections that are critical for growth and customer satisfaction.

Is anyone else having problems with getting a ton of adjustments. Most are Fed Ex and most are complete BS claims. When i try and open a case, its always the same response which is zero help! Can someone help me?? Also, why do they come back and tell me i entered weight in Ounces when i entered in pounds. This is costing me a ton of money. Almost not Worth it. I ship these myself but buy the shipping through Amazon for clarity.

I sell a brand that I get from an authorized wholesaler who is authorized to provide inventory to resellers. I have submitted the legitimate, paid invoice from a recent restock that meets all Amazon requirements - recent, unaltered, commercial invoice, 100+ units, etc. They have been repeatedly rejecting it for a month with no explanation. I finally got an explanation today that says:

-- The provided documentation cannot be accepted due to potential document alterations identified in our verification process. To validate product legitimacy, submit authentic and unaltered documents.

This is not true. It is directly from the wholesaler. It's the paid commercial invoice they sent me as a PDF. They clearly have not contacted the wholesaler to verify. I'm in a doom loop. I've been selling this brand for years, and I always buy from this authorized wholesaler. What else can I do? Do I need to print it out and send a picture? They are not doing reasonable due diligence. Also, Amazon sells this product so they are profiting from blocking me. They are also accusing me of fraud. What the heck?

i'm having a really hard time submitting invoices to amazon, i buy from one of the biggest distributors in united states and even with that amazon does not accept their invoice. i have more than 20k worth of items here at the warehouse and they're just stuck!

It would seem that everyone is doing this now. We've had about 10 of them this month- ALL LIES.

every one of them was delivered, with PHOTO PROOF from UPS, and we presented it each time. They always lie, then file and A-Z, Amazon gives them their money back and they get to keep the item FOR FREE.

Amazon takes the money out of OUR account, even through we present irrefutable PROOF that it was delivered. We even have to file an A-Z appeal JUST TO GET THE DING OFF OUR ODR.

None of this is our fault, it's total fraud and it is rampantly our of control. We can't afford to add a $5 signture required to every delivery, and even if we did, the way Amazon is acting, they would STILL give them the A-Z claim and item for FREE.

AMAZON MODS- please reply and help us out. We posted another thread about this and got ZERO REPLIES and ZERO HELP.

WHAT CAN/IS BEING DONE ABOUT THIS RAMPANT FRAUD?

if this keeps up, we will be able to keep selling on Amazon- we are getting robbed blind!

Could you help me address it please?

The story is that a buyer sent a message to me requesting refund without return the product, or he/she will leave a 1 star review both on my listing and seller profile. I tried to understand the problem and offer help, but the buyer didnt show the detail, and persist in requesting a refound without return. I refused this requirement, and suggested he follow Amazon rule return the product then he/she will get the refound. At last the buyer left the 1 star review.

The vedio of review is not showing the problem, but vicious. The words of the review most about the product, and the part of service is untrue.

This has also happened to me as well! $420.18 was taken from my account under the "Other" category. I've called seller support who opened a case (#17778249271) and I still have no idea what this is or why it was taken from my acct. ALL THIS WAS 5 days ago! I've updated the case each day requesting more info and it's still the same computer generated response.

WHY CAN AMAZON NOT ANSWER WHAT THIS OTHER FEE IS FOR AND WHY I RECEIVED IT?? BETTER YET, WHY DOES THIS NOT REQUIRE A PROMPT ANSWER - NOT A RESPONSE THAT WE OPENED A CASE AS THIS IS NEVER AN ANSWER TO ANYONE'S QUESTION, BUT AN ACTUAL ANSWER??
