I am reaching out regarding my brand, Costanzo Enrico, which is a registered trademark. While the registered trademark was initially submitted as CE Costanzo Enrico Collezioni (which included an emblem and slogan which was incorrect), all our products, packaging, and marketing materials display only the name Costanzo Enrico. This is the correct and intended public-facing brand name.

Unfortunately, my listings are still showing the full name, CE Costanzo Enrico Collezioni, causing a conflict when I attempt to edit or update ASINs. This inconsistency is impacting the integrity of my brand presentation.

I’ve raised this issue previously, including in Case ID: 11218240712, but have received mixed responses—some indicating it will be resolved, and others suggesting it's not possible. I feel like I’ve been going in circles and would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this properly.

To clarify: I am not requesting a change to the trademark itself, but rather the brand display name to appear as Costanzo Enrico, which accurately reflects how our customers recognize the brand—similar to how "Nike" is used, not "Nike Just Do It."

Please let me know what documentation or steps are needed to make this adjustment.

I've been selling a product for a while but the last batch of stock I sent in has been in FC processing for weeks and yesterday I received an email asking me to upload an SDS for the product. This is a classified non-dangerous good.

I've uploaded the SDS, which I procured directly from the brand but I keep being told that the item name on the SDS has to match the product name exactly. The wording amazon have given me for the product name doesn't match the product so this is an impossible task.

I've been told if I don't supply the documentation within 14 days the inventory will be disposed of at my expense.

Has anyone found a way to track the savings from shipping to the FC in the recommended pack groups? It isn't appearing on the savings tile as detailed in the help pages.

I’m having an issue with my Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) on Amazon Seller Central, and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.

I always upload valid tracking numbers from my carrier, and the tracking works fine when checked. However, despite that, my VTR keeps dropping. After some digging, I noticed that while I’m consistently selecting “Parcel Next Day” as the shipping service when dispatching orders, but some of the orders indicate “Expresspak Next Day” on the order details.

Could this mismatch between the selected shipping service and the one Amazon ends up recording be causing the VTR issue? Has anyone else run into this problem with these two service names?

I’d really appreciate it if anyone could share their experience or let me know how they resolved it. Thanks in advance!

Hello, i hope someone here can help me, ive come from Etsy where the process of listing items is so streamlined and user friendly, now we're listing on Amazon and the Add a Product interface is driving me insane. Im trying to list baby robes, the sizes we stock are

0-6 Months, 6-12 Months,12-18 Months and 18-24 Months

Now when i try to add variations through Amazon im stuck with 6 Months, 12 Months, etc, none of them are relevant to the size of the items im trying to sell. I can add a "Special Size" to the variation and edit my own custom size that way, however the original "Size" variation still remains on the listing and forces me to choose either the options above or "One Size" which is again irrelevant.

I know there is a way to achieve this as you can see with a similar listing here

Please if anyone could spare a moment to help me figure this out, it really shouldnt be this difficult Amazon!
