Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well.
I'm currently facing a serious issue with my most recent FBA shipment. I sent a total of 96 units to Amazon FBA, consisting of two different SKUs (48 units of each), packed together in the same box.
The seller central dashboard shows that all 96 units were received. However, only 48 units of one SKU appear to have gone live on Prime, while the other 48 units of the second SKU are missing from the system — they’re simply not there. Since both SKUs were in the same box, it's physically unlikely that one SKU was received while the other completely disappeared. I suspect the second SKU may have been misplaced during the receiving or sorting process. While this is only an assumption, it seems to be the most logical explanation given the situation.
Unfortunately, I accidentally selected the option indicating that the 48 missing units were never shipped, and confirmed that the items were not sent. As a result, I currently have no access to reimbursement or resolution options. However, as soon as I realized the mistake, I submitted all the necessary documents, including invoices, delivery receipts, and evidence to Amazon.
The response I received was: “We cannot proceed since you confirmed the units were not sent.” I understand this response, but I must clarify that I selected the wrong option by mistake — it was entirely my error.
This is a highly unusual situation for me, as I’m very familiar with Amazon’s systems and workflows, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue.
All delivery documents, invoices, and proof of shipment are in my records. I would truly appreciate your support in resolving this matter.
Thank you.
