Hi

I’m sure I’ve seen the sentence before. I suspect a drop shipper is looking back through their Amazon orders and if the tracking shows the item as not delivered (frequently the case with Royal Mail 48) they demand a refund using the following wording

”I still have not received my order even though the estimated delivery date has passed. Can you process a full refund for my order no ’

Anyone else seen this?

My charge method worked for several months after I renewed my card because it expired. Then, suddenly, I received a message that my charge method is not valid. I checked my details in the charge method section and ensured they are correct. I even updated them again, but they are still not accepted, even though I have waited 48 hours as suggested by other forum members.

I also read that some forum members say that a credit card is required, but I have been an experienced seller here on Amazon for over five years and have never been asked for a charge method other than a debit card. It very much depends on the country you are in, and I understood that both debit and credit cards are suitable for sellers from European Union member states.

I also contacted my bank to make sure the problem is not with my card settings. The bank confirmed that everything is fine on their end.

I don't know what to do now. I have been blocked for almost a month. Please help.

Its greatly affecting our account and we have lost sales as a result of this by over 40%.

I kid you not, item delivered at 11:32 this morning, buyer filed an AtoZ claim at 12:01, I refunded seconds later, AtoZ granted against me?!

Amazon = incompetence personified.

Hello Team,

Hope you all are doing good.

I have an inquiry and I don't know if anyone can help me or no,

Under my seller central account i have Europe marketplace and middle east marketplace.

Europe marketplaces I opened by mistakenly which i have got section 3 violation under 14 days appeal submission pending and account is deactivated. But middle east marketplace is under good health.

So, if I don't appeal to reactivate Europe marketplace(which I opened by mistakenly ) then after 14 days my entire market place will be affected or only Europe marketplace will be close permanently ?

Actually I don't want to operate Europe marketplace which I opened by mistakenly. I already tried lots of times to close Europe marketplace by contacting with help support but unable to get proper solutions.

So, If anyone have any idea regarding this issue please help me to solve this issue.

I think you have to get used to it, it's a dysfunctional system that makes no sense. And the very infuriating thing is that they apply different rules for FBA or us sellers.

When it snowed last year, one evening a customer opened an A-Z saying that her order had not arrived. It was meant to be there that day but you know with snow and everything, it would have been sensible to wait a day or two. She was immediately granted the A-Z. The following morning at 11 am the order arrived.

One of the last times I used Amazon Prime I got the notification that my order had been delivered, no one rang the bell and it was nowhere to be seen. Amazon CS told me I had to wait 72 hours before reporting it missing (it might have gone to the pub or something), Amazon Prime is terrible around here, they just drop things in random places.

I have made multiple shipments recently, and certain color variations of my products almost always go missing.

Shipment FBA15J26FK6J: 125 units packed, only 50 units received, 75 missing.

Shipment FBA15J2BTC0D: 125 units packed, only 74 units received, 50 missing (I found the 1 lost item).

Shipment FBA15J3G52YW is still active, 125 units packed, only 84 units received, 41 units missing.

Total missing units: 166.

There is a pattern to the missing items; they are all the same color variations - green, purple, and pink. This can't be an accident. They all have the same package quality, same label quality, and they are in the same box as others, but only these colors go missing. What is going on? Amazon support didn't help. They made no explanation about whats going on. As a seller, I am starting to loose my trust to amazon.

If every Amazon seller charged a shipping charge and sent RM 48/24 tracked it would almost totally cut this practise out. Since we've started doing this even for the cheapest items we have had zero claims for INR.
