Hi everyone,

Has anyone noticed a significantly higher ACOS today compared to yesterday? Perhaps Amazon is late in updating the data, but this isn't very common. Yesterday, my ACOS was 20%, but today it's 115%, which is abnormal. I haven't made any drastic changes to my campaigns. Any insights would be appreciated! thank you

We are running 159 campaigns for advertisement. Today we have spend approx 150 pound & got 278 clicks, but didn't getting any single order from these campaigns. this is very strange. because before today we have received approx 50+ orders for as yet.

Hi, I am a new seller with my own branded garments and have tried to set up my new Amazon store but it is beyond confusing! I already have an ebay store which is so simple to add products to but the amount of information required on Amazon is beyond my capabilities and patience. I am confused by the product codes etc and it keeps telling me to fix errors (54!). I couldn't find the 54 errors so gave up and saved as a draft but when I went back to check, the draft wasn't there.

Are there any professionals out there who can set up or build my store? At this point I would be willing to pay someone to do it for me. I will be selling a range of my own branded mens briefs in a range of 9 plain colours and 5 sizes as well as a range with 7 different patterns in 5 sizes.

I have been watching our Featured offer over the last week slowly return... then on Friday it started to go down again, till this morning it down at 1%.

I'm at my wits end, this is just a nightmare.

I check this item B0CW39ZNZ3 to find i have a cheaper price, faster delivery and i not the featured offer. On other item B0D35KXJTJ i am the only seller, there is now no featured offer and please will find it hard to buy the product.

This only 2 out of 5000 asin's... 50 a day to 1 or 2 sales a day will kill our business.

Sent in 59 Units with a value of £600+, amazon confirmed this has been checked in and then apparently its gone missing. Now they are changing their story and claiming they didn't receive the items.

An absolute joke I must admit. I am a very small business and £600 is a lot of money to my business. The fact that no one is willing to look into this properly is annoying especially as its been going on for 4 weeks now.

Absolutely disgusting.

Can't create a feed in SP API due to 403

I am following the use case guide for SP feeds.

I am able to create a document and upload XML to it without problems.

However I am unable to use the createFeed (POST /feeds/2021-06-30/feeds) endpoint. I am sending what should be a valid body, and I have proper header, but I am still getting 403. Any help what am I doing wrong or which permissions am I missing?

You can,I got one recently for the 4th time.Its whats needed for the POA/Authorisation.Phone HMRC to request one took me 50 min waiting for the answer.

I have been on DD+7 for a while now. It is normal for the Account Reserve to be very low or zero.

For me my Account Reserve rarely goes above £50 and at the moment it is zero. So it is normal.

Hello,

I really need your urgent help/advice guys.

First of all, I'm not a new seller. I've been selling since September last year, I've achieved month on month steady growth on the UK marketplace. I currently have over 700+ active SKUs.

However, overnight, without any warning or notification, since 16 June, I have had a significant issue with my Amazon account: I have lost the BuyBox/Featured Offer for ALL of my listings.

As a result, in the last few days my daily sales have dropped from around £1000 to almost zero. In addition, my "Featured Offer %" has dropped to 0%. Btw, my account health is currently 248.

I opened several tickets without success, but chatted with Amazon Support who confirmed: "As of the moment your ACCOUNT is not eligible for BuyBox".

However, as to the reason why this happened and what I needed to do to get it resolved, I was told nothing but to wait. The problem is that I am losing money every day by not being able to sell anything, but I have to cover the costs of my business and order new products.

I cannot name here a specific ASIN, because this issue affects ALL of my SKUs (700+ listings), and given that it appears to be an Amazon-side problem. Therefore I am requesting your urgent assistance.

I have already emailed the Managing Director about this, but have not yet received a reply.

Can I somehow reach the team responsible to check my account and restore the Featured Offers in my account as soon as possible?

Complaint wise the seller is responsible for the item being received. In the resellers case they are responsible to their seller and then you are responsible to the reseller.

That being said, you are doing it through FBA so Amazon are actually responsible to the reseller.

There truly is no point in flagging it. If you flag it to seller support they simply won't understand what you are talking about and will ultimately get a scripted response.

In the event of non reciept, you don't get involved as FBA take care of all of this.

Amazon must be aware as this is really common and to be fair, I don't really see it as doing anything wrong especially on your part.

You are making it available for sale and you are the brand owner. As you are the brand owner you also hold the cards for authenticity claims.

Reporting it or stopping it may actually cause harm to your sales.

What if your reseller was say responsible for 50 percent of your sales. You put a block on it, do you think you will gain anything out of it?

Put it this way, if I see my items being sold indirectly on another marketplace and they are making big sales, I'd be quite chuffed that it isn't a competitor selling their own competing product.
