We have a customer bought 4 different cravats all shipped together as it was one order. Customer has opened a return for 3 cravats and has been provided 3 different return labels by Amazon at our cost. Surely customer should only receive one returns label for the order rather that 3?

We have seen a big increase in customers orders “for choice” and sending lots of items back via the free returns label as a result our returns rate on Amazon is three times higher than eBay.

Hello. our account was deactivated on 11 april 2024 and funds were hold. upon enquiry with multiple teams on emails, we waited for 60 days. now today on 21 june 2024 we had our interview call done for identity verification. we received email after the interview as mentioned below. i would like to know when the funds will be released as the person only verified my passport and ask few basic questions only. it went smooth. and what enforced team they talking about? as my account deactivated due to recent VAT issue. i will resolve it with the team once the funds will be released as per amazon withhold policy.

I am doing FBA and Amazon keeps the buy box with 6-7 months of shipping time on some of my listings. How on earth can it be possible? It cannot be accepted as a normal shipping time and there is no chance to beat those prices. Amazon does not allow us to win the buy box.

it depends on the product, if I have a product that sells relatively well, have few or no returns, doesn't require much packaging, I am happy with 15%/20%. I agree with you, it's important to focus on the bottom line, what other sellers do or how much you sell is not important. I am up 67% from last June and yet I sell less products.

For me,25% is minimum I know many sellers run at a margin way lower there's lots of busy fools on here. I currently average 35-40% daily/monthly.If any sku drops below 25% I just dump it & move on

They are correct in what they say.

For what it's worth the pro selling plan is essentially free once you get to 33/34 sales per month. It has also has other benefits that many sellers find useful.

We're sharing some crucial updates regarding the upcoming implementation of the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) in the European Union (EU), including Northern Ireland, under the Northern Ireland Protocol.

This regulation, set to take effect on December 13, 2024, marks a significant milestone in ensuring the safety and integrity of non-food consumer products in the EU market.

Here's a quick overview of what you need to know:

For listings on Amazon UK-based store, you don’t need to submit any information to Amazon. You must, however, submit the required information for listings on Amazon EU-based stores. For instructions, open this help page in the Seller Central website for the EU-based store, where you sell products in scope of the GPSR.

Scope of GPSR: Most non-food consumer products offered for sale in the EU will fall under the jurisdiction of GPSR, including used, repaired, and reconditioned items. However, certain exceptions apply, such as medicinal products, food and drinks, and living plants and animals.

Key Requirements:

  • Responsible Person: It's mandatory to have a Responsible Person established within the EU for your non-food products. Make sure to label your products with their contact information in one of the EU's official languages.
  • Manufacturer Information: Label your products with the manufacturer's contact details and, if applicable, the importer's information. Ensure the visibility of this information on both physical products and online listings.
  • Labelling and Traceability: Adhere to GPSR and existing labelling requirements. Ensure each product carries a unique identifier for easy identification. Provide necessary warning and safety information, both physically and in online listings.

Action Required for Sellers:

  • Proving Compliance to Amazon: Ensure compliance with GPSR requirements for EU-based stores. Non-compliant listings risk removal and ineligibility for flash sales.
  • Brand Owners: Verify product compliance, enroll in Amazon Brand Registry, appoint a Responsible Person, provide manufacturer information, and display necessary details on product pages.
  • Resellers: Verify compliance, provide Responsible Person and manufacturer information, display product pictures and safety information.
  • Removing Products from Sale: If not continuing sales in EU stores, remove affected products from inventory via Manage Inventory dashboard or FBA.
  • Displaying Information on Product Pages: Responsible Person and manufacturer information, along with relevant images and safety documents, will be displayed on product detail pages within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Submitting Information to Amazon: Use the Add compliance information widget in the Manage your compliance dashboard to provide necessary details. Submitting Responsible Person and manufacturer information: FR DE IT ES

Missing FBA Pallet Shipment

On the 6th March Amazon took delivery of a pallet from us but, after 100+ days, the shipment is still listed as "In Transit"

We've raised several support cases and provided every document requested, including the signed delivery note, but the response is always the same; "we’ve determined that this shipment is not yet eligible for reconciliation".

We're clearly stuck in a loop where Amazon won't investigate until 60 days after a shipment checks-in - but that'll never happen because they haven't checked it in.

We've spoken to several support representatives who have promised to investigate ... then we get another automated email telling us it's "not yet eligible for reconciliation".

Has anyone else managed to resolve a similar situation? - I feel we're just going round in circles now.

Any suggestions gratefully received

I am not established in the UK for VAT purposes and need to pay unpaid VAT owed to amazon.

0n 4/23/2024 amazon have block our account,and tell us our business address which does not match with your country of operations. This may have resulted in inaccuracies in tax calculation on your supplies,we need paid EU VAT and paid UK VAT.

On 05/10/2024 we have receive amazon message [Action required] Final tax liability assessment for unpaid UK VAT AND on 05/15/2024 [Action required] Final tax liability assessment for unpaid EU VAT,We tell amazon we want paypal our unpaid vat ,used our account ,there are any positive funds in your account, at this times we also contact Seller Support Team,and Seller Support Team also tell mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk on 05/13/2024.

we have waiting 11days, [mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk ] Still no deduction for the VAT we owe. on 05/23/2024 we have paypal our unpaid UK VAT unpaid EU VAT to amazon account,we have send the Proof Of Payment to amazon[mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk ] , [mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk ] do not responding to our messages now.our account still block!

This situation is greatly impacting my ability to conduct business effectively on the Amazon platform. As a seller, timely access to disbursements is crucial for maintaining inventory, fulfilling orders, and meeting customer expectations.

Amazon will Disposal our products on 24/06/2024,we We're in a big hurry.

I kindly request urgent intervention to resolve this issue and would appreciate any guidance or assistance from fellow sellers who may have encountered similar challenges in the past.
