I have same issue for more than 2 months.

I provide them 3 different utility bills which belong to my residantial address but always rejected!!

I am really not sure are they asking for bill for my residantial address our business address.

Could the reason why we were rejected by Amazon be related to VAT registration? I applied for VAT but it has not been approved yet.

Nothing is said about VAT in the deactivation e-mail.

My account has been inactive for more than 2 months and no matter what document I upload, I cannot pass the verification process.

I am not allowed to open a case or call me through my account right now. That's why I can't get any help from anyone on Amazon.

I live in Turkey and I have a company based in the UK. I opened my Amazon account with this company information.

My account was open for 7-8 months but I had no listings.

I prepared my items and was about to start listing them.

During this 7-8 month period, my account was an individual account. Since I have reached the stage of sending my products, I wanted to turn my account into a professional account.

Afterwards, my account suddenly became deactivated and I was requested for a utility bill or business license. (You can see the image of the incoming e-mail attached.)

I submitted utility bills multiple times, following all of Amazon's instructions on how to upload the document.

Since I live in Turkey, I submitted the utility bills for my Turkey address. Unfortunately, I always received the answer that the documents were not enough. (You can see it in the image.)

I uploaded my company documents obtained by Companies House and they were also rejected.

I cannot check whether there is a typo regarding my address in Turkey because Amazon does not allow me to see the address I entered in my account. (You can see it in the image.).

Since I can't contact Amazon, I don't even know the answer to this question. Should I provide a utility bill for my residence address or my business address?

As I said, I do not live in the UK, so it is not possible for me to obtain a utility bill from there. There should be other additional documents that can be provided instead of the utility bill on this issue.

Another problem is that there is a word called "CUSTOMISE4ALL" in the part of my business address, but there is no such word in my business address. I don't know if this word appearing there is a systematic error or a spelling mistake I made before.

Since my account is limited, I cannot delete this wrong word from there or contact an official to correct this mistake.

Unfortunately, I don't know what to do right now and I'm really worn out. I would be very happy if Amazon officials reading this could contact me regarding the solution to my problem.

the manufacturer (or possibly the distributor) or perhaps a rogue seller who has control of the product page on amazon.

has enrolled the product into Transparency - a unique serial number (provided by Amazon to the above)

and every time you sell one of these on amazon you need to register the serial number with amazon when you despatch.

but if you are using amazon shipping the label/transparency system is not compatible with that workflow if you use the ship.amazon portal.

also bulk buy shipping does not seem to work with transparency (it does not prompt) you need to buy the shipping labels 1 at a time .

I have reported the above to amazon multiple times - but no one seems to understand the issues and find a solution.

Although you can earn up to £1000 in any tax year before you have to register with HMRC as a sole trader and by the sounds of it, the OP doesn't expect to make that much in a year if they only expect to sell 10-20 copies of their book.

I'm getting nowhere with Seller Support (Live Chat & Phone), made a ticket asking for escalation, E-Mailed CEO's office and got a pretty rude reply, I'm at a total loss as to what to do. I have lost the buy box for ALL of my key products and best sellers, I am the brand owner, I am the only offer.

I am stunned at how little support there is from Amazon, I knew it was bad but I had no idea it was THIS BAD. Absolutely no transparency what-so-ever, nothing on performance notifications, account health is perfect, no violations, I am enrolled on the new Account Health Assurance scheme (which gave me peace of mind for all of 3 days).

With the CEO's office giving me the cold shoulder, seller support sending me links to 'Seller University', spending in excess of 10 hours trying almost everything on my account blindly, I'm at a complete loss sitting here with next to no sales. So my last resort is this... a mega thread... I'm hoping with enough people complaining about the issue, Amazon MAY acknowledge this problem as a bug/glitch before I have to file for bankruptcy (no exaggeration) and when they do, I also expect no apology or compensation.

2. After regaining BuyBox, the sales were amazing, we spent a lot on PPC to regain our ranks and all that ranking is being lost again.

3. I have opened a case with Amazon Seller Support (Case ID 9915698612), first, they were sending copy-paste replies and then they received the answer from the Brand Registry. We are the legal owner of 2 Trademarks and have been selling on Amazon since the early 2010s. We are private sellers and dont sell anything else.

Hi everyone,

We have been trying to submit HACCP docs for nearly 2 months now. We are confident that our docs are compliant with Amazon as we have used this same format for previous listings this and last year. We constantly receive rejections and automated replies for nearly 2 months which is taking a huge amount of time to submit and follow up. When we call seller support we wait and then always get disconnected, and nobody has the courtesy to re-dial us which means we have to dial and start the conversation again. We have product pages that have been removed and we are losing 2 months of sales which is unacceptable. Are we alone or have other sellers seen this acute deterioration of service standards from seller support? And should sellers be able to seek compensation for lost sales when they are 100% compliant.

Hi

I received the below email in regards to not receiving my disbursments since March 2024.

Amazon will not give me my money after weeks and weeks of chasing/verifying deposit methods/calling the support line/opening cases.

Please could someone help?

I have used 2 different cards to verify to see if any of those would stop them from sending the same email but no luck ( cards are both in the same name that matches the account)

Pending transactions have been taken from my account from amazon which have not yet been put back into my account.

I have assigned to the correct marketplaces.

My deposit method also shows as Verified.

Email below what I received.

Hi guys,

A few days ago we received a message from Amazon saying that our USA account (we don't sell there) has been suspended until we complete an ID verification video call. Our UK store was still working OK, so we did the thing where you select 3 video call time and dates and awaited confirmation. No big problem...

Fast forward a few days and no confirmation message has come through and now our UK seller account has been suspended. We chatted to support who just told us to re-book a video call and just deal with the suspension. The nearest phone call slot (assuming it happens) is next week. That's at least a full week of suspension due to Amazon failing to confirm a video call.

Surely this isn't right? We can't afford to cease trading for a full week like this, especially when it's no fault of our own.

Is there anyone from Amazon who can expedite this?
