Can anyone advise on how to prevent Amazon from applying for the delivery promise extension due to courier issues? For the past two weeks, our Prime listing has been shifted to 2-day delivery, and seller support hasn’t been helpful. They keep saying they’ve raised an exception, but the delivery promise extension won’t be lifted until seven days after the defect date. If another courier defect occurs the next day, we end up back in the same cycle. Is there any workaround for this besides contacting seller support?

Hi Angie,

Thank you for stepping in to help. The most recent case I opened is 10521014602. The previous case was resolved after the seven-day period, and the OTD metrics were returned to the recommended level. However, the same issue has occurred again this week: Prime padding was applied due to a drop in the OTD rate.

This time, 10 parcels were delivered late by Amazon Shipping, and as a result, we have been penalized. This feels unfair, as we do not manage Amazon Shipping's courier operations ourselves.

They did release an article on this along with a video, basically the way they have adapted to this change is by making the day the funds become available as the date of the sale rather than the actual order date.

I among others did get contact them saying the order date is what we need, and they were working on an option where you can use the order date rather than the DD+7 funds release date. I'm not sure of the progress on this. I can't remember the exact reasoning but it did make sense when they explained it.

Also their support is excellent so just contact their live chat if the above doesn't help.

A Chinese seller has completely ripped off my product.

They bought an old copy of my quiz game and typed out the entire thing (with lots basic typos added), and recreated the packaging entirely (only omitting the 'Made in UK' and UKCA and CE logos). The brand name is trademarked, so doing this is infringing my trademark.

It's very clearly counterfeit - there are loads of visible typos on the question cards, the box is clearly a rip off of my game. And in one of the product photos you can actually see my FNSKU on 'their' product.

It's definitely a scammer - it's a chinese seller with the business name "handanhanshanquyuzhudianzishangwuyouxiangongsi" and all they sell is hundreds of knock offs of famous branded products.

They have created a new ASIN (under their own UPC and an unrelated brand name) even though it's literally just my product (albeit with added typos, and no 'Made in UK' or CE logo.

The counterfeit shows up very high on the organic listing when you search for my brand name. The delivery date is 2-3 weeks into the future and Christmas is our busiest season - I'm worried that by the time this is spotted it could've had a material impact on my sales.

What is the best way for me to stop this? I was going to use the 'Report Trademark Infringement' tool, but I'm nervous about reporting someone who clearly has no regard for the law, when it will be very obvious who has made the report. My products are seasonal, and if he were to make spurious IP claims against me in retaliation, just before Christmas I have no faith in Amazon seller support to not simply ban me whilst they investigate, which would be disastrous for my business.

Is there another option?

My account has been suspended in two marketplaces because of an account I had never heard of until Amazon told me of it I don't own it and never have but they claim it is somehow linked to me. That is impossible as I have never run a business before 2022 and they want me to prove it somehow which doesn't make sense to me as there is no way I can prove something I have never heard of.

The other account name is " Barodify_"

any advice would be great as I appealed multiple times and got the same BS response that I must identify the owner etc.

above is the email i had back i used google translate and i don't understand how i am meant to be able to prove i don't or never have owned "barodify"

as my logic is that would be impossible as they (amazon) have all my info (driver license, bank details and passport just compare that) as if i could provide that it proves i own it or i am missing something here.

For 2 days now I have had a few new listings that have not appeared in my inventory, (even the next day), but are available to buy. This means I cannot edit them or close /delete them - potentially a serious problem. Also a couple of new listings have appeared in my inventorty but without the item title (book title) to identify them. This is on top of last weeks 'no description' bug'!. What is going on? Has anyone else had these problems?

Returnless refund scam buyer

Hi,

I have reported this issue to Amazon and nothing is being done about it.

I noticed 7 refunds come in, all for the same product, one after another over a 2 week period. I noticed it's the same buyer.

She is buying the product, getting it delivered, getting refunded and buying the same product again! Over and over.. WITHOUT RETURNING

at this point Amazon is just giving my stock away for free

This is all FBA

I have worked out this buyer is abusing amazons policy but I keep getting sent from pillar to post by Amazon and getting the same copy and paste replied that don't answer my questions

Can Amazon take action on this account and please sort out a new system for returnless refunds.

If the buyer doesn't want the items, then I, at least want them back. Surely Amazon can't just give away my things?
