Account deactivated - "The company's “one by one code” application form
My account was suspended on 31st December which was later deactivated. I was asked to submit the documents of the company/business along with the bank signed and stamped letter, which banks in the UK won’t have and they use digitally signed and stamped letters and bank statements. Now my account is deactivated and was asked to submit the following
“The company’s “one by one code” application form.
You can download the file from the local authority or the Companies Registry website in the form of an electronically filed record upon request and must meet all of the following requirements”
I went back to my accountants and called companies house, they didn’t understand what is this document?
I submitted a corporation certificate, shareholding records, appointment records, bank statements, but the " one by one code" application form does not exist. I wrote a number of emails/ called to inquire into this but no reply.
Can some one help, pleases
