I am posting here hoping to receive some support.
My account was linked to my sisters and therefore it was deactivated as she did not address a violation on time ( she requested her account to be closed, as the process was taking too long she stopped checking her account and during that time she had received a violation which weren't unnotised)..
Violation she received was for counterfeit products (they were authentic,however amazon did not accept the invoices from the distributor).
Since then we have tried so many times to get our accounts reinstated without any luck, please would you be able to have a look at our POA to see if we are missing anything..

I am writing to appeal the deactivation of our seller account concerning inauthentic product claims for ASIN - XXXX, branded XXXX. I would like to address the violations that has led to my suspension. While I can confirm that the products are authentic, I understand that I failed to follow the proper steps to verify and document their authenticity, which is a violation of Amazon's policies. I sincerely apologize for this mistake and am committed to correcting this and ensuring compliance in the future.
Why did this happen?
As a seller for just 2 years, and although not a high-volume seller, I have thoroughly enjoyed using the platform during this time. However, in October 2024, I decided to close my account due to personal commitments, as I realised, I did not have enough time to dedicate to the platform. I submitted an account closure request at that time.
As the account closure process took longer than expected, I stopped checking my account regularly. Unfortunately, during this time, I received a policy violation for inauthentic goods, which went unnoticed. Although Amazon provided me with an opportunity to appeal the violation, I missed it because I was not monitoring my performance page, and my account was eventually deactivated.
I completely understand the that this was my responsibility, and I should have been more vigilant and continued monitoring the account until the closure process was fully completed. I sincerely apologise for this mistake and I recognise that I should have handled this matter more diligently.

However, the invoices I provided were rejected by Amazon. After consulting with the Seller Support team this afternoon, I was informed that the rejection occurred because my personal name, XXXXX, does not match the business name, XXXX. I was advised to submit an appeal letter along with the invoices and a document linking the business to myself.
The steps I have taken to resolve the issue.
Since receiving the account deactivation notification, I have taken the following steps in hopes of having my account reinstated:
1. I have worked closely with Amazon Seller Support to fully understand the reasons behind my account suspension and ensure I do not repeat the same mistakes.
2. I have deleted and closed all my listings and recalled all my products. If reinstated, I will not re-list any of these or new products until I verify they comply with Amazon’s guidelines, including using valid brand names and authorized content that does not infringe on intellectual property rights.
3. I am committed to adhering strictly to Amazon’s counterfeit and ASIN listing policies, as they are crucial to maintaining my selling privileges and the reputation of my store.
To ensure compliance in the future, I will:
1. Source products only from reputable suppliers and verify their authenticity before purchasing.
2. Work exclusively with manufacturers and distributors who have a proven track record of providing genuine products.
3. Request proof of authenticity, brand certificates, and authorization letters from brand owners before listing their products on Amazon.
4. Carefully inspect all items before listing to ensure they are labelled accurately and contain all required information.
5. Explore Amazon’s Transparency program to add further protection by generating unique codes for my products.
6. Regularly monitor my listings for updates, such as product origin requirements, and for any suspicious activity, promptly addressing concerns with Amazon.
7. I will also conduct daily performance audits to monitor and review my seller performance metrics, ensuring that my account consistently meets and maintains Amazon’s performance targets.
Additionally, I will:
1. Respond quickly and professionally to any complaints or violations, providing the necessary documentation as requested.
2. Educate myself and others involved in my business about Amazon’s counterfeit policy and other guidelines, ensuring full compliance at all times.
3. Utilize tools like Seller University to stay informed and improve my understanding of Amazon’s policies.
4. Regularly review Amazon’s policies, including counterfeit regulations, to stay up to date with changes aimed at enhancing consumer safety.
I take this suspension very seriously and deeply regret my mistake. Since receiving this violation, I have realised how much I value selling on your platform. I would like to continue selling if my account is reinstated, and I am fully committed to making things right. I assure you that I did not intentionally break the rules, and I fully acknowledge the importance of adhering to Amazon’s policies. I will be much more diligent and careful when listing products in the future and will no longer rush through the process without proper consideration, as I have in the past.
