Account Invalid but appeal links don't work
Hi,
I’m new here and to selling on Amazon. This system seems like the worst I’ve ever used but hopefully somebody has solved this. I work for a UK business and we wish to sell our products via Amazon as wholesalers are already selling our goods. I’ve created an account using my work email address as the manager and the company I work for as the entity (it’s set up as a business seller, not individual). I input my company credit card details and have been charged £30 (for what I don’t know!) it then asked me to prove my own identity so I provided a photo of my UK drivers license and my own bank statement.
I setup my company and provided VAT numbers etc. When I next logged in it stated it needed to prove the corporate identity by providing business statutes - I have provided the entire submitted accounts for the corporation as submitted to companies house by the directors of the business. It then asked to provide proof of the deposit account, so I’ve provided a photocopy of the end of year bank statement.
It now says my account is invalid. When looking at the reasons a system email states it could not verify our identity and I should arrange a video call, this message contains a URL:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/mario/inpvMeeting/appointment/global?mons_sel_locale=en_US
But this URL opens to a page which states: invalid URL - the requested URL is not well formed
Another URL links to the sellers support form but when I link through this states I am not allowed to receive support as my account has been suspended temporarily. So I opened a case and wrote to Amazon on their forms, this says it will be answered in most cases within 24hrs - it’s not been more than 48hours.
Then another email came through saying my payment id couldn’t be verified so I resent it. And now I have another email reading: We were unable to complete the ownership verification of one of your deposit methods on your Amazon Seller account.
Please log in to your Seller Central account to take the next action to complete your deposit method verification
I’m now completely baffled by this nonsensical idiocy. Is it better to just deactivate the account altogether, find an agency and pay them to setup my account, or is there something I’m missing?
Thanks all for your help

They are asking for the articles of association, not the accounts. They will either be included in the certificate of incorporation (IN01) which is the earliest document on the CH record, or the IN01 will say “Model articles adopted” (standard, legally acceptable wording for companies that don’t want to write their own) and you can download them from the CH website, combine the IN01 and articles in a single pdf and upload it to Amazon

That will be for the Professional Selling Plan which you must have signed up for - when you click on the ‘Start Selling Now’ button (or whatever it says) it does say £25.00 + VAT.
NO, NO, NO - do not do that as you will never be able to set up another account - only one account allowed unless permission given and must be for a different category of goods and there are other criteria.
