Account Manager only sending automated emails?
I created a seller central the first time with my personal email as Ebonics, then realised it was the wrong one and I closed it and re-registered with my business email address as Ebonics International.
I never sold on either and I intend keeping the latter, yet I was charged £30 even on the first one I never used and closed within the same day.
I kindly ask a refund. I don’t know how to get directly to you as my account manager only sends automated emails and does not help.

This is a sellers forum so nobody can do this for you. You have to raise a case and ask Amazon themselves.

The other thing you will need to do is request amazon close the first account as your new one will be picked up bu the system and then suspended if you dont

Ebonics_International try this number {Moderator Edit: phone number removed - there is no direct number for seller support}. I found this listed for Amazon Seller support team, not sure if it still works though - the website may not have been updated in a while
