Hi guys UPS Not collect my items 4 days ago still on the Drop of collection point
Hi
i wish to send my first product to Amazon FBA And choosing amazon partner Delivery company UPS ..
i was drop off collection location and my item is still the drop off location 4 days ago .. was calling ups and the drop off store.. but no ones can giving me any reason why my item is still there 4 days ago..
so can someone help me please any advice ?
cancel this shipment and create an other one ? but i think may i have to paid the fees ?
and if create an other Shipping label then the SKU or ASIN number will be changed ?
because i was labelling all my items with the ASIN numbers already .. so i don't really know if cancel the shipment label and create an other one will be the SAME ASIN Number ?

I would give it a few more days to be collected.
If you create a new shipment you will have to get access to the package to put new UPS and FBA stickers on it. You may find that the UPS drop off point don't allow that.
The shipment won't be cancelled yet. I think it is 90 days after shipment creation that Amazon cancel it.
UPS must know that there are packages there to be picked up and are likely to do so at some point in the next few days.
For information you can organise a collection from your own premises. You have more control then if UPS do not pick up the package, such as rearranging the collection.

I would suggest getting the parcel back from the shop and getting UPS to collect your parcel from your address. UPS collections are free can can be done easily through their website or by phoning.
Schedule collection > Enter tracking number (enter the number beginning with 1Z...) There will be no further payment required.
To answer your questions;
but i think may i have to paid the fees ? - yes you have already paid the shipping costs to amazon and this can only be cancelled within 24 hours, regardless if you use the label or not.

because i was labelling all my items with the ASIN numbers already .. so i don't really know if cancel the shipment label and create an other one will be the SAME ASIN Number ? - If you cancel the shipping label, you will still be charged. I would try using the same tracking number and see a collection can be arranged from your address. The ASIN will not change unless you create a new listing which is not necessary.

The ASIN labels will not change, i would suggest waiting for a few days as it has been a UK bank holiday weekend and progress may drop slightly, sometimes it does not change to in transit and you will receive the email to say receiving.
This happens sometimes, i would wait for a few days.

ive had the same. waiting for 3 days. day 2 i rang them up and they rearranged it. the guy expected 1 box rather than the 11 i processed.
U can drop boxes to the shop if thats easier, mine take up to much room, i usually just drop off tho if only 2 or 3

rebook the collection again and put a note on that item not collected for so many days .
