Adding handmade category

In November I applied to the handmade category, and was approved.
I have just tried clicking in the approved email to register and start to sell in the category but on the email they sent it is going to a blank page.
I have checked my settings and the category is not there.
I can’t find where to add this category to my seller account, can anyone help please or do I need to apply again.
