Amendments not updating on Amazon
Hi, I have been updating titles, colours and keywords on products on Amazon. Some have been updated and others have not - there is no consistency as to what Amazon have updated. Has anyone had this problem and how can I resolve it please.

you don’t update titles (unless you are brand registered and it is your brands listing, or its in handmade) You make suggestions, that may or may not (usually not) be accepted by the brand owner, the brand owner may be the person who controls the brand, the person who originally created the listing, or whoever amazon picks by doing eeney meeney miny mo.
If you are trying to change information that is against policy (for instance free 1st class post, same day dispatch etc) then you could try Seller Support - they may change it, or they may tell you the listing is controlled by the brand owner…

Did you create the listing? Is the listing brand registered or generic? Is the listing shared with other sellers?
Remember when you update a listing, you are just making a suggested contribution to a description within the Amazon catalogue. The bots will decide whether the contribution is better than the existing description or maybe parts of as you have discovered.
If you created the listing and brand registered then you have a good chance to resolve the issue. If the listing is generic then I wouldn’t hold out much hope in getting everything changed to suit you.
