Anyone know who Royal Mail use for Germany deliveries
Hi,
I have a customer saying he didn’t receive his order but it is showing as being delivered.
He says the tracking shows Royal Mail but who delivers for them in Germany ?
If anyone knows thanks in advance.

We used to use a site called trackitonline.ru and it has the whole tracking Inc couriers on
you can change the language to english

On the royal mail track and trace, for international tracking, it should have a link to ‘continue tracking’ which forwards you to the relevant country/carrier.

They use GLS and they’re rubbish. If it shows as delivered and it isn’t its being held in a parcelshop. Go to the GLS website and use the RM tracking number it will bring up the parcelshop where it is being held so you can tell your customer.
