Buyer negative feedback
Hi,
A customer has left negative feedback after just couple of hours of receiving the item saying not working properly which doesn’t make any sense as we have supplied him with multivitamins which comes direct from the manufacturers and we have not supplied any electronic item that would work properly. Customer never tried to contact that parcel was damaged or box was damaged. Feedback is not making any sense.
Please advise if that can be corrected? or has posted the feedback by mistake.

I’d say the feedback has been left for the wrong item. Sadly you have a snowballs chance in hell of getting it removed.

You can ask the Buyer by Amz message, but be careful what you say/ask.
Only email the once as Amz can close you down if you don’t watch out.
Many use snail-mail and ask a Buyer to remove the feedback, as cannot be about the item you sell and if any issues you will resolve, etc.
