Changing legal entity: Duration of verification?
Hey sellers!
Currently my account is deactivated because I changed from a one man business to a private limited company.
My account is now deactivated for 4 days and in my latest performance notification it said that the verification team is now checking my documents.
Does anybody here has experience with how long this will take? Since I really want to start selling again, because I’m losing quite a bit of money each day.

Seller support advise anytime between 2 days and 12 months !
There are many who have experienced the 2 days buy sadly others many, many months
Is it a UK ltd company ? Have they already asked for all the statutes etc ?
Edit - just read your other thread that it’s not a UK ltd company it’s Dutch - hopefully someone from Netherlands may know

I’ve just waited over 5 months for a change of address verification, thank fully was allowed to continue selling during this time.
When I verified my account after switching from personal to business account about 3-4 years ago it took a total of 5 months for verification. during this time I hit the €15,000 euro withdrawal limit, my account was then suspended and not allowed to sell, it took 7 further weeks for verification (right across Christmas and January), which I had to escalate to the MD. After escalating it took 2 days to verify.
When the account was initially switched over from personal to business, that process only took a few days before being restored and allowed to sell again, then the document requests came.
