Changing text and titles of listings
Hi
We have been selling on Amazon for some time now and one our biggest sellers is curtain tape. ASIN B07JFFQ18G
We were lucky enough to be the only seller on this listing until another seller joined it last year; They changed the text and pictures and almost killed our sales. After many emails to Amazon they put the original pics back and sales started to pick up again. The other sellers also closed their offer on the listing after I conacted them and asked them why they needed to change the offering detail.
They have now returned and changed the title and description, stating in both that the item is sold and dispatched by Causeway Fabrics ( Sellers name) This is not factual as we also sell and dispatch this product on the listing.
We usually sell at £1.30 per metre but have been pushed down in price by the others sellers.
I can’t imagine using the sellers name like they are is proper and wanted advice in how to go about contacting Amazon. I find contacting them very stressful and usually a waste of time.

The Title is not to Amazons title rules.
Do not use ALL CAPS
Do not include your merchant name in titles
Titles should contain the minimal information needed to identify the item and nothing more
Contact Amazon again, ultimately I think the only way to get round this is to Brand Register & create your own listings.
